i am one who is easily overwhelmed so i'll share some ideas that have helped me:

get out of the city and stay out of large crowds.
take nature walks if you have any nature left near you or do your favorite exercise, often.
get lots of sun and take mega doses of vitamin d.
realize that you can't nor do you need to do it all; give yourself a huge break and don't allow guilt.
take everything with a grain of salt, not so seriously, and do your best to keep a sense of humor.
sense from a spiritual perspective rather than a human or egoic one.
if you enjoy music, really get into it.
if you have pets, enjoy them to the fullest and if you don't have any, you might consider getting at least one.
most of all, if someone, no matter who is getting to you, simply remove yourself in a polite way.
