hello,

this is my first post so i hope you will excuse my confusion.
i have been watching david wilcock's videos by the dozens and i am having a problem understanding what the difference is between ascending to 4d and just simply dying.
he talks about us ending up in a reality where ghosts go, the astral, and so i am trying very hard to understand why this is different than dying.
