hello dagaz, well ascention litterally means the raising of our vibratory level to a higher frequency. or simply returning to what we once were, depending on your perspective. it involves discovering yourself, mastering yourself by voyaging down the silent path inwards to the deepest limits of yourself. this opens up the path to our true-selves, our divine selves, an unlimitted innocent spirit, holy and pure. the transmutation of one self to another higher self. this is the true meaning of ascention and it need not require death............................sylvain.......... ....................
