hi everyone,

any feedback on this would be enormously appreciated

i went to have some body/energy work done today. everything was fine until she turned me over on my belly and began to massage my upper back. she stopped right in the area of my heart chakra and placed on had there and one near my lower back. i began to feel intense energy as well as discomfort. i could hear her breathing very har. my mind raced and i felt very negative, sad, etc. all these emotions came out of me although i remained fairly silent. after what felt like several minutes, she stopped and said that i had intense energy there that almost took her breath away. she was ok, breathed through it. she said that it had to be removed or replaced with positive energy. she then asked me if i believe in past lives, which i do. i plan on continuing working with her so she can work on the blockage as well as grounding me.

now for several months i have been practicing kundalini yoga, studying davids work as well as others ect. and have become aware of needing help in these areas and have been actively working on them it was just very shocking to me to have someone else feel it so strongly. i guess i didnt even realize how much it was effecting me. now i m kinda feeling overwhelmed not knowing how to deal with past life issues. i have just started dream work so i hope that helps. it also seems like the issues are even bigger than i thought.
