i started reading this book which i was very impressed by, i think the author is good at teaching this sort of thing, but i don't know if i should mention his name or not. anyway, many of you might be able to guess- he's quite well known.

aside from that, here's a few basic sentences that may help:
"yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery. today is the gift- that's why they call it the present."

also, try to bring sacredness to the mundane.

it's all in how we perceive our world.

we can chose how we perceive things.
