hi everyone,

i've been writing down my dreams for several months now, in as much detail as i can remember. i guess this would be the conscious mind recalling what it remembers from the dream. i've been studying "david's suggestions for dream analysis" and trying to apply these ideas, sometimes with obvious connections being made, but usually not. this is not to criticize david's analysis suggestions, but just to point out that i'm very new to analyzing my dreams.

i have noticed there are thoughts hovering around my mind when i wake up, but have not yet taken the step to write down into words what i am hearing. i intend to start this soon...like tomorrow!

my question is this: has david ever stated that the dream voice is the higher self speaking? has he said specifically that the dream voice is one entity or a group of entities speaking?

i'm open to the idea that i may have several guides assisting me, but i never resonated without anyone's ideas on how to classify them. life guide, main guide, secondary guide, this guide, that guide, etc. hope you see my point -- i'm not trying to be irreverant towards anyone, incarnate or otherwise. i'm just pointing out that any system i ever read of never made sense to me, seemed confusing and/or unnecessarily complicated.

so again, is the dream voice a single entity or a group, or could it vary amongst souls?

p.s. excuse me if this point is covered elsewhere on the site; my search was admittedly cursory. also, i've just begun the law of one series and am not sure if the dream voice is mentioned therein.
