for me i think it is when stumbling upon an opportunity to answer the call to the brothers and sisters of sorrow comming from an individual or a group requesting help. i can feel the moment arising in advance, i try to compose myself, i try to honor freewill and offer my help with an open heart. i let instinct take over and hope for the best. to me letting the present moment take over and just having trust in faith brings this level of consciousness to the surface along with feelings of being one with the creator...........sylvain...............
