if i recall correctly, i think ra said something to the effect that the negative polarity didn't exist near the center of galaxy and didn't come into play until a logos such as our sun more towards the edge of the galaxy chose to add the veiling process to 3rd density to quicken the pace of evolution ..i would have to do some searching to find the exact session
