i forgot! i had another question.

since it is quite difficult to find food in the store that is completely pure, buy a can of soup and its got sugar in it for example, and god knows what else. so i want to start cooking, but this flouride thing makes it very difficult. obviously for a soup i am going to need to add water, and i guess i could use bottled water, that wouldnt be a problem, however i also read somewhere else that water contained in plastic bottles is poisoness to a certain extent.

i cant drink water from the tap, or from the store, is there anyway to purify water at home?
