dear jeremy

you really opened up a non-organic can of worms!

entertainment/entrainment?

unless you are pursuing a degree in negative polarity the video games are probably non-productive in any positive, spiritual sense; but then merely giving up toys doesn't automatically turn a boy into a man.

but in your case such warfare video scripts are said to be psyche tools for conditioning future soldier/killers. (in my case i don't play any games but do get hooked on movies that are anything but candidates for "lifetime for women" showings. if my memory serves, carla rueckert -- of the ra material-- indulges herself in mystery stories )

diet:

80/20 alkaline/acid diets have been championed from many sources including the edgar cayce/ readings...which you can google. a dr. bass did extensive experiments with mice that yielded some unexpected data.

there is a controversial possible complication due to one's blood type...google blood type diets. (i happen to be a rare a/b type of which one weakness is that i'm genetically programmed to eat meat from the b contribution ... but from the a side i don't produce the needed hydrolchloric acid to digest it.) if you are a blood type "o" a vegan diet will just not suffice. ghandi and his close follower's attempted rigid vegan diets; but their health failed. david wilcock does eat an occasional burger. with his busy schedule i doubt that he can spend much time on food. he does use at least one supplement, which is a special variety of brain-stimulating, green pond scum.

it is a good idea to eat a large portion of raw food. most of my meals come via my very powerful blender. one caution is that the very health-giving leafy produce can be loaded with poisons not easily removed...every time i add such as beet greens my fingers soon become cracked and sensitive to the point i must wear gloves to handle money when working a register. one abundant source of weekly on-going health advice is from (though often controversial) dr. mercola.

drink:

do not drink soft drinks. soft drinks are highly acid...one coke would take a gallon of strongly alkaline water to neutralize its acidity! the artificial sweetener variety is tantamount to sweet, slow death to one's brain connectors. never, ever, give them to young children!!! coffee is acid, and even green tea along with most herbal teas ...but i do use tea.

water: google masaru emoto and his "messages from water". there is most likely "spring" water available in gallons at the local market (distilled water is considered "dead". the type of plastic is probably okay. stick some slogans on it as masaru advises...perhaps the effect depends on someone being of sufficient spiritual enhancement to make a real difference, but i hope for the best. my own water source is from an aquifer... and when untreated is lousy. the community does process it somewhat, and beyond that on my sink i have two different types of water filters stacked one on top of the other. the last stage is one that ionizes and alkalinizes. it is worth it? i don't really know. i stick my "gratitude" stickers on the bootles, drink stuff out of an "energy" mug (sort of a pyramidless pyramid power thing) and keep on plugging away.

of course i'm a health nut and one of my major interests is in experimenting with my body...and it is true that over the years i sometimes have darn near killed myself by being stubborn and not quickly recognizing when a diet program was backfiring.

question: is it spiritually important to worry over our mere physical body?
here is an answer from one i highly respect.

"spiritualists must not despise matter but must descend into it to give it life and organize it. and by ‘matter’ we should also mean the physical body. if we neglect it, under the pretext of devoting ourselves to the nobler functions of the mind and spirit, these functions will also eventually decline. we mustn’t leave our physical body in the same state as an abandoned house that ends up being used for shelter by insects and nocturnal birds. on the contrary, its owner must take the time to clean it, maintain it and give it life. when we descend into matter with this intention, it is never a fall. but we must know precisely how to distinguish between a descent and a fall.to descend into matter is one thing, to fall into it another. we must descend into matter with the aim of animating and enlightening it, so that we make our body the dwelling place of the living god." omraam mikhaël aïvanhov

good wishes! bbb

hi there!

just wanted to ask a couple of questions, some of which i probably already know the answer to but just wanted a second opinion.

my first question is, where did the article go on the food david suggested to eat, can't seem to find it anywhere. i watched a video recently of david's where he talks about how flour, flouride, refined sugar etc calcifies the pineal gland and its kicked me into gear to shape up my diet a little bit more (almost vegan, but obviously even vegan isnt the "healthiest"). i couldnt find davids article on the food so i got a list of foods for an alkaline diet, a diet that i discovered by reading the celestine prophecy books. anyway, i read that you need a 80%/20% balance in favor of alkaline but who knows who suggested that. what is your opinion on this?

also, i know that video games are not the best thing in the world, if anything they distract your mind from reality temporarily and give you the munchies, but i was wondering if it was a complete no no, or if its ok to play as long as you keep it within a certain time frame. unfortionetly the game i play all the time at the moment is world of warcraft, and well, i play it alot. games have been apart of my life since i was three years old so it will probably be harder to give up then smoking! (lol) anyway, let me know what you think!

thanks!
jeremy
