hi there! just wanted to ask a couple of questions, some of which i probably already know the answer to but just wanted a second opinion. my first question is, where did the article go on the food david suggested to eat, can't seem to find it anywhere. i watched a video recently of david's where he talks about how flour,flouride, refined sugar etc calcifies the pineal gland and its kicked me into gear to shape up my diet a little bit more (almost vegan, but obviously even vegan isnt the "healthiest"). i couldnt find davids article on the food so i got a list of foods for an alkaline diet, a diet that i discovered by reading the celestine prophecy books. anyway, i read that you need a 80%/20% balance in favor of alkaline but who knows who suggested that. what is your opinion on this? also, i know that video games are not the best thing in the world, if anything they distract your mind from reality temporarily and give you the munchies, but i was wondering if it was a complete no no, or if its ok to play as long as you keep it within a certain time frame. unfortionetly the game i play all the time at the moment is world of warcraft, and well, i play it alot. games have been apart of my life since i was three years old so it will probably be harder to give up then smoking!
