the bit about the brain supplement made me laugh. i guess i might be being naive, or just fully lacking understanding of this whole thing. i was actually shocked when you said david eats an occasional burger, i guess i have been deluding myself a bit too much about what i should be doing.

i guess i need to remember that the only thing that matters during ascension is the sto path. thanks all for your help, ill just try and live the best that i can, thanks. :-)
