wow, what an incredible dream experience!

yes, it has meaning, but as dw says, everything in your dreams is a part of you so it could be something as simple as a remembering/longing for the perfect love of your mother when you were in the womb and the realization that life is a bittersweet experience.

i hope that it is a connection to your soul mate though!!!
