thank you friends.

yesterday i went along to this local spiritualist church i've been wanting to go to out of interest.

i received a message from my grandad which was so specific to me i had no doubt it was genuine.

it brought me great comfort!

he wants me to stop thinking so negative and fight for myself a bit more- he is tired of seeing me being that way!
wow.

rhonda, you could be right about me doing spiritual work on myself- i did have a reiki healing session on friday, the effects if which are meant to be ongoing for some time.....
