you could try doing a search online for a reputable therapist of that kind in your particular area? i found one in my area that way (haven't got round to visiting them yet though, need to save up the ££).

i hope you find something to ease your worries soon.

getting out into nature, into some area of outstanding natural beauty, may indeed help. incidentally, i saw something today about how an author who wrote books on the lake district here in the uk, he felt that standing on top of some of its most magnificent peaks soothed away "persistent worries" and was even healing enough to soothe "a raging toothache".
