how can one not feel what is happening. in 1987, i can remember speaking to my teacher in that moment, about the shift i had felt happening at that time. i could feel the frequency beginning to change without understanding what it was. i just sensed it in my body, noticed the change in the pitch of sound and the pressures within my brain.

i'm having the same sensations and awareness now, except, this time it is becoming more difficult not to experience the change in frequency without some physical discomfort. it is happening so rapidly, that my body is having trouble realigning with the new set of frequencies.

thanks for this, it is very reaffirming.
