don't laugh, i'm a newbie, but i bought this really wonderful 2.25 inch per side quartz pyramid and i was thinking on putting it on my forehead while i meditated (laying down obviously).

i know dw has talked of the russian pyramids focusing energy so i wonder if this might be worth trying?

i'll try it regardless as i am actually getting results with the dream then write down what you hear technique.
