what i thought was important in this interview was that dw was giving specific suggestions on activating the pineal gland and expanding consciousness without any substances to enhance, that the potential in our minds was way beyond what any drugs conjure up.

i remember [drug reference deleted] 35 years ago and it was as shattering as he said it was. but those experiences were nothing compared to what i experienced when i started meditating, he was so right on about those things.

then he suggested the documenting of dreams and random thoughts, and the problem of the ego coming in and taking over. that ego thing is why i have stayed away from any writing. but when he said not to pay attention to content, but just record what comes up, it clicked for me and i feel that now i can maybe start recording those heard messages without trying to censor them. what a great teacher he is!
