all y2k aside, as far as being prepared for 2012 goes, it's sort of a win/win situation, ya know? the way you would prepare is doing what you feel is right and putting in as much time for service to others as you can (which i personally feel is synonymous with service to self). so if it's true, then you graduate. if it's not, you lead a happy and fulfilling life. positive energy is good for everyone -- in so very many ways. and these desteni productions videos are strange, huh? they are obviously just jargon with a whole lot of catch phrases thrown in. it's interesting that they exist at all. but why? off the top of my head i can think of three motives: 1. this person is a little "funny" 2. they have an ulterior motive 3. both i mean, there has been a lot of time put into this material, and it is sort of a specific parody (for lack of a better word). it's a good psychological tactic to mix in non-credible information of the same type with the truly credible information. in this way it can all be discredited. i believe, though, if this is the case with desteni productions, they didn't do a very good job. i'm just sayin'. --meredith
