maybe. maybe not. in any case, even if something happens, it's not spiritually significant unless it's so traumatic that it paralyzes you with fear, like what is supposed to have happened with the maldek group.

the time to buy farms and collect canned goods is over. just work on yourself to the extent that you feel confident that you have made good enough use of this time, so that when the end does come (whether by flood or fire or nuclear bomb or old age) you can embrace it instead of trying to bargain with god for more time.

also, remember that the boy comes from mars. how much faith are you willing to put in prophecies from souls that blew up their own planet?
