thanks supermanny & transitien. i wasn't sure if i was experiencing fear because of the lack of knowledge or if at the time i was going through informaiton overload and i some red flags that perhpas should not have been.

given my inexperience with channelling i'm best to opt out at this point until my comfort zone is improved in this regard.

i think the book you suggested sounds just like what i need transiten. am an avid reader, so please do email me.
