yes! to all of the above!

i have never before been very demonstrative with my emotions, preferring to keep them inside where they're protected.

but lately, meditation frequently moves me to tears. throughout the day, i think about loved ones and have to suppress the tears and a lump in my throat. i'm smiling at people passing on the street (and they're smiling back) .

i really want to hug people and trees. my family puts up with the increased hugging and might even be enjoying/appreciating it, but the only trees near me are on public sidewalks and in parks, and i cannot go hugging them without looking strange ...but i really want to. so i'm sending them lots of love and positive thoughts as i pass by.
