thx again for another great site lighteye...my 2 yr old (lukus) has enjoyed it so much the past 2 nights. even the older kids fooled with it, they had to know what everything did of corse. the tree story was odd for a childrens site, even the older ones seemed to feel a gloomy feeling from it. they watched the tree story and both together said"oh man"...like they just realized, that is kinda scary, and still yet kinda true.
my youngest son luke seems to learn better with symbols, signs, visuals ect...so sites like this one intriges him greatly. i dont get into alot of real personsl stuff on here, but on the topic of lukus and how he learns i would like to add here that im already feeling luke might be dealing with what the doctors like to call add. i might start a thread for this ( not trying to take over this thread on trees by any means), but now seems like a good time to introduce to you all of dealing with add. my oldest son is diagnosed with add. he is 11 yr old. his case is more solid, being he is older. and i dare say, that yes at age 2, i think luke is going to carry the same burden of learning in a different way then how the mainstream systems expect children to learn. ok, i guess i should now start a thread on this little story of our experiences with add.....
thx again for the great site le!
peace to all,
lynette
