19.18 questioner:i believe we have a very important point here. it then seems that there is an extreme potential in this polarization the same as there is in electricity. we have a positive and negative pole. the more you build the charge on either of these, the more the potential difference and the greater the ability to do work, as we call it in the physical.

this would seem to me to be the same analogy that we have in consciousness. is this correct?

ra: i am ra. this is precisely correct. so "evil" can never be overcome no matter how hard we try?

by trying to overcome evil do we only create a friction which stimulates the "other side" to act accordingly.........an equal and opposite reaction?

i feel confused now about things.
my quest for truth and spiritual truth leaves me feeling completely drained from time to time.
today i have been feeling rather tired, even though i have no physical reason to be.

i feel i just want to withdraw myself from the "normal" world and focus on spirituality totally and completely.
if there was a place where i could go and live and just learn meditation, then i would go.

the "real world" disturbs the sensitive stuff i seem to be made of.

more than anything, i long for peace.
and i long for answers.


perhaps it is not our job to try and change others.
perhaps we can only change ourselves.

this world is a never-ending cycle; a dance of the illusion of polarity, of the two sides, or yin and yang.
it will always be that way.

or maybe it won't.
perhaps one day the lion will "lie down with the lamb".
(until a time comes when all hell will break loose again). :d

i long to fly home,
to the one, infinite source
i long to be one again.

i think life is just a stage.

we have everything we ever needed, within.
we already are
all we need to be.
we are already complete
we are already whole.

there is really nothing we need from this world.
it is only desire that keeps us coming back.

my guess is that we can be free any time we want.
however, i can't be sure.
and i still want to do something
to help ease some of the suffering.
and there are those that need me.

i know, as bob dean said, that when my time is up......i'm not coming back.
