the night ended up being as clear as can be even though they had predicted clouds. i kept watching on and off until the moon was completely covered in shadow which also coincided with around 13.30 oclockish local sidereal time.

i thought this would be an awesome time to meditate. now i didn't have an out of this world experience, however i did feel a definite energetic shift compared to my normal meditations as well as sense of vibrating deeper into myself. (hard to explain )

while meditating i threw out a couple of questions, what is my purpose and how can i best provide service to others.

later i was reading in bed a book by one of my favorite tibetan monks and these are the words i read:

"what do you want? the choice must be yours , for you can have whatever it is that you desire. a pointer - money , success on this earth? and then eclipse and a start all over again. or will you choose spirituality, purity and service to others?"

i thought it was very cool and synchronistic that the word eclipse was used! i guess i got my answer!
