hello dear kelly,

my feeling about new age thing is that i don't even go there. i take what is appropriate for me whatever i resonate with and continue along my path. i don't even consider the label only the content of what is brought to me regardless of how some might categorize of define it. i incorporate things into my being that fit without any definitions.

i have been on a process of connecting with my inner truth and i know that we can all do that. it has always been going within and asking myself what fits for me. i become aware of my frequency and see what matches. i'm not totally sure how to put this part into words yet. if i ever leave a deeper connection with myself i go back to the intent of my life and trusting the process of my higher self.

about choice i feel that you have been given such a beautiful empowering moment recently to decide what you want to be part of by your focus.
