hi kelly,

i feel like you do sometimes....mentally exhausted due to the information overload that is possible through surfing the web incessantly (which is what i frequently do as one interesting and intriguing subject leads to another).

i am seriously trying to limit the surfing addiction to just 2 or 3 good websites (including this one) that are positive and upbuilding. and i am meditating on simpllifying my interests and focusing attention on the truly important things....like being the love and the light.

in the end, that is what will save each one of us i believe... and perhaps will help others, too.

i agree with kris regarding the new age term. to me, it applies to the beliefs of those who are open-minded to new philosophies and pseudo-scientific discoveries. it's a non-specific term that continually expands to include all that continues to be "new".
