thank you dear friends, and sweet tanya and nancy and emily...

nancy, you mentioned your "addiction" to surfing for information on the web and yes! that's what i do too! as much of a blessing the internet is for all of us, it can also be a hindrance if we abuse it. and i agree with your definition (and kris's) of new age...you wrote,
"to me, it applies to the beliefs of those who are open-minded to new philosophies and pseudo-scientific discoveries. it's a non-specific term that continually expands to include all that continues to be "new". " i love that...great definition.

and emily you are correct in saying that "love" is the one thing that we can all be sure of that is true. so just like you, i will focus on love and leave the rest because as you say, there are so many illusions and so much madness and misinformation... trying to get to the bottom of the rabbit hole is a ridiculous notion indeed.

tanya (snowflower),
you and kris have both mentioned higher-self which is an unusual concept for me. i suppose i've always been subconsciously aware of my higher self but i've definitely not been in-touch with that part of me. i've tended to look outside of myself for all of the answers but maybe that's where i've missed the mark. meditation anyone??? i'm working on that.
thank you for your kind and supportive words my sweetie.

listen, i just have to share this with all of you ... this is for every person who participates on this forum... at the very great risk of sounding sappy and ridiculous to some degree, you guys are all truly amazing. every single person who shares their heart here, in this special place, for the support and aid to others in need, deserves to be recognized and appreciated. the world can be a scary place sometimes and for those of us who are super-sensitive to the changes and shifts taking place right now it may be even moreso. i feel guilty sometimes because all i seem to do here is ask questions, like an incessant two-year old , but you are always gracious and loving and patient in your responses. it's a difficult thing to be vulnerable but you all make it easy. thank you for creating in this forum a "safe" place for all to ask questions and share from our hearts and our heads with one another. in the throes of my internet "addiction" i can be all over the web getting crazier by the moment, but the minute i come back here everything changes. there is a notable difference, a tangible level of peacefulness, and i wonder why i bother to stray... show me another forum that offers such love and respect to others... i doubt one exists.

thank you for making divine cosmos a special place.

blessings to you all,

kelly
