in psychic discoveries kozerev mentions how different activity of human near sensitive clocks make discrete jumps in time.
i see this as matching something. but can't find original references except in that old book. about six years ago guy in russia said all his work will be put on web. can't find anything in that area. perhaps i am looking in the wrong place.
does anyone have any idea where that might be?
