i am going to guess a 95%+ sts is the person running into a cafe with a bomb strapped to themselves in pursuit of 72 virgins. (thats just perception there)

personally, i doubt that a suicide bomber would qualify for 4d negative. ra said that suicide necessitates much healing and rededication to 3d. ra did give examples of entities that have apparently already moved on to 4d negative: rasputin, genghis khan and taras bulba. the idea is to manipulate others to the benefit of self in this lifetime, not for some mythical 72 virgins.
