a fellow practitioner shared this ho'oponopono process with me well over a year ago. i sounded awesome to me - i work with energy in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual field to help clients get/be well - and was immediately attracted to the potential. i searched to find all that i could on the net (which wasn't much at the time) regarding this process.

with the little i understand about it, i decided to delve in and give it a try. it is not unlike reiki to me as far as the energetic feel of it. i find that after i do a session (which can be as short or as long as needed), i feel so much better (like a clear channel or tube that has been scrubbed clean). i believe it is one of those things, that if done regularly, would have great benefit. personally, i feel drawn to lots of stuff and get off the desired track by chasing down other interesting processes
