you've got plenty of friends here! i read your other thread and then your post to this one, and i was happy to see what you have written here - an "aha!" moment that you have chosen to share with us - thank you for that.

there is alot to learn about inner work and outer work, etc., but, from what i've been able to gather, mainly boils down to what you said - loving yourself. i'd ask you this, "how can you love anyone else when you don't love yourself?" this is the "essence" of inner work, which must be "completed" before moving to outer work.

remember friend, you are perfect in the eyes of the creator. the challenge is seeing yourself this way. good things will happen when you look within and resolve any issues that may linger - a huge part of this is forgiveness - of yourself first, then others...

good luck in your "cleansing" - remember to be patient. hope that you get to feeling better soon - i'll be keeping you in my thoughts. :d
