describe it... hard to do. imagine the difference between watching television in 2 dimensions and seeing real life in 3. also, when i visualize something normally, it takes quite a bit of effort to keep the things on the right (for example) from going fuzzy and washing out when i'm concentrating on the things on the left. or background and foreground or whatever. the point is, nothing stays put once i take my attention off it. when i'm in this state, images/things are more permanent and tend to "obey" better.
also i noticed that our faithful admin replaced the name of the supplement i sometimes use with a description instead of the name. that's cool. i imagine the site can't be advocating the use of any particular supplements for legal reasons. just want to point out to everybody that i do not take it for obesity.
