i personally gathered that the movie, the secret, while informing us of the powers of mind that we all have in regards to positively transforming our lives, failed a little in the realm of distinguishing between the wants of the ego and the needs of our lives to be integrated with the more spiritually discerned callings.

today, i saw a news photo/story of a couple of ladies lighting incense and chanting for victory for their home team, in a kind of religious fervor!

instead of chanting for separation, i would prefer to meditate upon the common thread of life that underlies us all, and to formulate my own apprehension of what is real by considering what the law of one has taught me; that any separation of purpose between any of us is merely the stuff of and the result of living in a world of illusion.

as i re-dedicate myself daily to my spiritual needs for progressing, the concept of oneness continuously gives me cause to look at life's misunderstandings as nothing more than a failure to apprehend and see life as one of common purpose; and that any thought of relative difference between my own personal goals and those of another is purely illusory.

as you consider the implications of the law of one on a daily basis, you find that you are less embroiled in issues of transient, relative meaning here in 3d, and begin to live your life more dedicated to willing/shining forth the common welfare of us all, discerning that all issues of competition and strife and difference of opinion are strictly illusory, in terms of what's really important.

really, it seems that we are all the same lifeform, although each having to deal with a different set of challenges. and herein lies the root of our perceived separateness from each other. if you have been able to comprehend the concept of reincarnation, it's not a great leap to contemplate the concept of only one soul, having a multitude, indeed an infinity of viewpoint/experience. extend this concept across the seven densities, and you suddenly apprehend all of life and existance as yourself.

suddenly, the concept of 'go team go', as in my team against your team, doesn't pack the same 'oomph' as it used to. the slender ego's wants can be seen to be perhaps of a transient or frivolous nature. perhaps to dedicate your energy to 'manifesting' a million dollars, if not in line with what you are here to learn, could ruin or overwrite or 'outscream' a particular lesson your higher self is asking you to suss out! for any one of us potentially, we could need to grow in this life by learning to share our meager resources in a finer manner, and the dwelling upon or the granting of the desires of the ego could conceivably de-rail a whole life's purpose.

better to learn to listen to your own inner guidance. i would really, highly recommend reading and contemplating the law of one material made available on this website in order to gain a higher spiritual vantage point in this regard. i would suggest making it a point of study for those who wish to transcend the confusion of human existence.
