you know, so often we want a shortcut to reading and we ask other people, but the best way to get your own take on things is to read and interpret for yourself-that just means we are thinking for ourselves and not depending on others opinions. this is a really great thread guys. it will become exceptional when you add some law of one knowledge. keep up the good work. chris

i completely agree with you regarding doing the reading and getting our own take on things. i have been reluctant to post as i feel i have soooo much to read and learn and do not want to come across as ignorant or uniformed. (not to say anyone else is). when i have asked the odd "newbie" type question on this forum, i have had some wonderful answers from people who have obviously done a lot of reading and so, sometimes, it is very helpful to be able to ask other people's views on these subjects when even reading about these things can be very confusing.

i am currently on my second full reading of the lol, but i'm sure it should be read over and over again. i also read a lot of q'uo and, of course, this forum.

in any case, i just wanted to say this thread has been beneficial to me in as much as i have been wondering about the chakras and how to figure out which ones may be blocked and how to unblock them, as well as various forms of meditation. the link that you put in your prior post was very beneficial. i did the chakra test and found lots on meditation. seems my root chakra needs work. anyway, thank you for that.

i suppose what you are saying though is that should search out these questions for ourselves, read about them and come to our own conclusions. i'm looking forward to my holidays where i plan to read, read, read.
