i find that if you put a piece of howlite under your pillow you remember more, or there are many other crytsals that are quite common that may help as well. feel free to e-mail me privately if you need more clarity on this or would like suggestions, as that would be all it would be. i am no expert, but there are some things i can help with. melatonin is also a good beginning if you are having trouble sleeping. also, even if you can only remember a small detail or a word when you wake up, find a good dream dictionary, it may be the only clue you need, a color, a word, a number....just write down whatever, even if you don't remember a thing, you know how you feel.
