thanks for all of the ideas . soup , you sure have some lovely dreams!!! the biggest thing for me seems to be that on days when i don't have the time to spend going over my dreams i remember them right away when i wake up and days when i have time to sleep in my mind is blank.....(like this morning!).i think too it might just be a matter of prioritizing what i do in the mornings and maybe give myself a little more time. when i think about it spiral cycle, you are right, i don't think i am consciously giving myself enough time. i need to try harder, while relaxing more. sounds like a bit of an oxymoron, but i will give it a shot.
wishing sweet dreams to you all!
