sungazing - that's wild. i try to do a little bit every time the sun's out by first generating an enormous feeling of gratitude before facing it followed by many thank you's - a sense of connection there. oh, i have a sungazing story. i was in a rock shop looking at turquoise strands and a tibetan woman approached me, grabbed my hand and immediately started ressonating as our gazes were locked. after minutes of this her face became a pschedelic flow of rainbow colors, as if i was seeing the remarkable aura of a master. in reply to this i strove to generate green heart rays that surrounded us and through this - i broke a sweat. after a long time of ressonating together she gave me a cup of water. she told me she had gazed at the sun all day, and i thought it was remarkable. she told me she studied with ammachi for ten years. i gave her a treasured green heartstone (chrysoprase), and walked away after a bit. weeks later i'd return to the store and discover she left her cup for me...what a beautiful experience that was, a sweet memory. they say masters can enter your life for a moment - that was a lucky moment for me.
