i'd like to add that i really appreciate david's candor and sharing.

charran's post above goes for us all - unplug and get out there! awhile back after first "getting into" this site, i found myself spending way too much time on the computer. people i can finally talk to about "this" - so much to read, so much to say! i was (and still am) searching for clarification on some ideas. eventually though, i realized that i wasn't going to find all of the answers here and that i had to look within. i do this best outdoors in an "isolated" environment, away from the computer, tv, cell phones, etc., where i can "quiet" my mind and "open". don't get me wrong - i regularly check the forums and look for new blog's from david; just now i limit my time on the computer.

these may seem like "duhs" to alot of you, and yes, i've learned and grown alot since "joining up" with ya'll - but it has been through expression and discussion, not necessarily "reading through the posts". it just happened that i was doing this so much that i cut into "my time", and really think i was going into another "spiritual stalling". now it seems i have found a good balance, and a potential stall has been transformed into growth. yay!!!

so, "step outside of yourself and take a look; "evaluate" whether or not you're giving yourself enough time in "your place". for some it may be outside, others, in. but, we all need to spend more time "in our own place connecting"... maybe this is why the number of new posts has been down the past week or so...

maybe some else can word this better, but hopefully you get the point.

i would like to digress a bit though and mention that after i made the choice to limit my time on the web (mainly this site, but others as well), "it" started happening. and by "it", i mean more people are starting to strike up conversations that ultimately lead "here" - the "spiritual realm". yesterday, for example, one of my colleagues asked about quantum physics. we had a pretty good conversation that led to spirituality and religion, etc. once you have one of these conversations, you know it when you've "struck a chord" (resonated with that person). in the end, i wished her well on her journey of exploration and told her to remain open-minded and positive - take everything with a grain of salt. as i have been "preparing" myself for these encounters, its "nice" to see them starting to occur, and in yesterday's case, "end" like they should. in other words, yesterday was more of a positive affirmation of recent choices i've made, including limiting the amount of time i spend here. don't take that the wrong way guys!!!

thank you all so much for sharing. what we're doing here is important and it feels great to be a part of it. take care my friends - you are in my thoughts and prayers. :d
