The term is fairly broad. I think it needs clarifying for each company/situation (or as someone suggested, use another word but it would still have to be explained in your policy/procedures manual).
I suppose as long as you have in brackets what you want “full supervision” to be.
It doesn’t necessarily have to be ‘close and constant overseeing’ - but, if you want it to be that, make it clear. It could be something like ‘overall task direction with assistance readily available’ or sumfin.
It doesn’t matter what you call it, just explain it.
