Default What's the telco's responsibility and what's not?
Afternoon all, I have been fighting with Vodafail because my reception is sketchy at best (at the moment) and has been getting worse over the last few months...

I have replaced the sim card, and i've even changed phones, but I still seem to be having issues...

I sent an email to vodafail explaining (in great detail) the issues that i was having, including my phone not syncing properly.

I got the standard "we're upgrading the towers in your area" response and was then told that syncing wasn't a "network" issue (but they didn't address the bits of my email that _were_ a "network" issue).

So it then leads me to ask (among other things), how is syncing not a network issue?

Also, what IS the responsibility of the network, and what IS the responsibility of the phone?
