Hi again Blue.
Years ago, in the Service, while standing at counter, working, I had an involuntary, spontaneous projection such that a greyed double of me formed to my left, there was a click in my ears, I became conscious in the greyed form looking back at the physical me, had several very clear thoughts about seeing a 'second me', then that click occurred again, and I was back in my physical. I have never been able to find anyone else who has had this type of awake experience, so I am posting here, in hope that someone can explain it or someone has had this same experience? I had a similar experience years ago, before I learned to induce projections, and I can trace it to a 'cause'- I had begun to read a specific book that was very 'consciousness expanding', and at the same time had had an extremely stressful/traumatizing experience that had resolved well. At the time it happened I was having an enjoyable time with my baby (he's thirteen now), sitting playing in the floor with him. All of a sudden I found myself staring at myself playing with him from the ceiling. This lasted less than a second- almost instantaneous.
I never connected this with projection or Kundalini (another big word, lol) but it was what you could call a 'peak' experience.
I guess I would ask you, had you had extreme pressure on the days before this, or was it a 'regular' time up to that moment?
And now, years later, I have begun to have spinning dreams where I can feel very strong sensations of spinning, but I don't know what to do next. Is this a lucid dream or an OOBE about to happen ? I would call it a precursor to some type of projection, from the dreamstate.
And how might I use this sensation to astral travel ? 'go' with it, try to come up with a technique to amplify the movement. For more 'concrete' exit techniques, the OBE Research forum (right next to this one) has some stickied 'technique' type topics to help you. Or just wait for your AD to arrive, but I recommend you start reading the
tutorials
now, to get you familiarized with the terminology.
