Hi, I´m not sure I understand exactly what you mean, but thanks for the tip.
The step next I think Is to practice more relaxation and mind taming.

And I don´t really like projecting in my sleep if thats what´s happening. I does not really does much for me, and usually I just wake up
ahead of time.

Why I want to experience obe right now is to be as conscious as I am now or even more,
and say with 100% certainty that this was not a dream and maintain a steady mind without my physical body getting tired and activating my sleep cycle.
