AP Questions
I've been working on projecting for awhile now, and have actually gotten out a few times... but still have a few problems. Has anyone else experienced these, and if you did is there a way to deal with them?
1. Not realizing you are out so that you can make use of your time? I've had conversations with guides, but wasn't able to really take advantage of it because i didn't realize that i was actually out. Is there a way to overcome this?
2. Overcoming the need to swallow?
3. Not falling asleep... i'm sure i'm not the only one with this problem......... i know i could get more sleep, but are there any focusing exercises that can help as well?
Thanks a ton! Glad to have found a forum dedicated to AP!
