You certainly awoke your inner senses here. That's probably why you shifted at least to the etheric body here. That's not being ungrounded, necessarily - it's just unusual for you to experience this state of enhancement. You just have to get used to having some additional senses available, and that's certainly an experience to integrate. You just are not used to it, that's all.

That makes sense. I'm looking forward to experiencing it again, although I have an intuition that it may be awhile. Which is fine, slow and steady makes solid progress.
