Default Exercise and relaxation
It's mostly an issue with patience, but I've always had some trouble with deep physical relaxation. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

I've recently begun doing some exercises around the house--namely pushups, leg-lifts, chin-ups and squats--and I noticed the other day that, after I'm done with my routine, and I'm sitting on the couch, I feel like I'm made of melted butter. I realized, after a while, that I was more relaxed than I ever got during my OBE sessions.

It's like the muscle tense-relax technique, but a bit more intense. I have yet to integrate this into my practice, but tonight is as good a night as any. Wish me luck.
