Default The power of intention
So it has been a long time since I have projected. The other night however I made some great progress and believe that it will happen very soon. Before meditation session I asked the God/Universe above to help me with my efforts. I also knew that I was going to make some leeway as well, I could just feel it! What popped in my head during the relax part of my meditation was to simply tell yourself over and over and over again to remember all of your experiences. So I did that and kind of made it a mantra. Then when I started to go into trance a voice spoke to me! It said "focus on your breathing, the chest going up and down and the sounds around you. Let it all blend in. Also keep saying to yourself to remember. and every time things get fuzzy scream clarity now!" Now that night I did not project but I did have a lucid dream! In the lucid dream it was very low energy. I saw a dog swimming in the pool and it was heading right toward me. I was about to get scared because it was a Pit bull. That's when I said "wait a minute, you can't hurt me! From that comment I realized I was in a dream. Then I screamed clarity now! I was so excited! I couldn't believe it. I was gaining control of my astral experience. I quickly reached down, picked the dog up as it was barking and stretched it until it became a rope. I threw down the rope after I started to feel the dream fade and I tried to fly. That didn't work either. There was a woman inside the pool so I tried to kiss her and then things felt really sluggish. After that the dream became really fuzzy and I woke up back in the bed. At that point I got tired of meditating and stopped for the day. It was very encouraging though

So I don't know but maybe next time you try to Astral project, try to remember to focus on the internal movements and the sounds around you! It worked well for me and has made my meditations sessions so much stronger!
