I don't think it's advanced at all- maybe the ability to do this on purpose is advanced, but I suspect this happens more often than what we think.
It seems that you were your own Dweller on the Threshold. The description is in the OBE R&D subforum, it explains why we shape it the way we do. I definately did NOT do this on purpose. This one definately took on a life of its own! I have often wondered if the 'menacing' presence was ME, or a higher representation thereof.

I don't understand this. There was nothing for you to do, except to try to communicate. But no matter what you 'did',he was in no shape to just go "Oh, it's me in the future. Ok, now I won't be afraid." Depending on how old you were, of course. I did hover over him. I thought that i could help with the exit, or extend some love or support. i do remember that once i felt the boys Fear, then it was alive and burning in me too!!! there was nothing left to do but get out of there!
I suspect that your Higher Self had something to teach you from this experience. This should show you how it works, and that it is possible. AND I WILL NOT FORGET!!!

Yep, that is what Monroe learned in the end: That his guides were future versions of himself, and that dreamstate lessons become sometimes-aware lessons in projections. So expect more of those, though not exactly in that way. I cannot thank you enough! This site is amazing. Bless you,CF... I think it may be time to revisit the Monroe trilogy again.
