I agree with CFTraveler. I would also encourage that you start a conversation with this energy so that you can better appreciate who it is and why it likes to visit with you.

How do I try and start a conversation with this energy. Im afraid he will not come back for a while, It seems as though he tries to talk nicely to me every now and then...but it scares me a little bit, so He usually doesn't try again for a long time. Usually over 6 months before he tries to talk to me again. Is there a way to encourage him to talk to me? to show him that I would like to at least try and hear what he has to say?
