I am really struggling with this problem lately, Its ruined every potential OBE experience Ive had including the one I had last night which was again unsuccessful purely due to the apnea.

I may be scarred for life because of this to never be able to have another OBE as I discovered last night, to have a successful OBE you have to let go of your physical body and not have anything holding you back on your mind, but when you find yourself worried about your breathing or trying to make your physical body take breaths while your in a vibrational state then it just doesnt work.
