Default A hard time projecting
Hey, so i got this issue when trying to project.
First you all need to know that in a normal waking state i am always aware of my energy body, and part out into my aura. I am able to feel it just as well as my physical body, this is my "normal" state.

Now during an OBE attempt, i am able to quite quickly get to the "Body asleep, mind awake", and then project my astral doubble. but it never gets anywhere due to what i wrote above. I am so used to feeling both my energy body and my physical at once all the time, making it very hard to shift focus mainly into my non physical self.

I've found out that a rythmic napping technique is what works best, but my scedual usualy does not allow it for most of the year. So mostly i rely on wake induced OBE attempts, and i've found a way around the issue mentioned above. That is "letting go" and letting the mind fall asleep for just a moment, while having strongly sugested to my subconscious that i need to wake up in a moment. Then when i wake, i am fully focused in my astral body and am free to exit and do as i please.

Now the poblem with this last technique, is that it's somewhat of a wild fire method. Sometimes it works, though mostly it does not. Therefore i was hoping for some input on how to improve my success rate.

Thanks
